Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, display name, a securely generated password hash, account role and status, and relevant timestamps. We never store your readable password.
When you use the community or support portal, we store the discussions, replies, support tickets, and support replies you submit. Support tickets are private to the account owner and authorized staff; forum posts are public.
For security and abuse prevention, the service may store a pseudonymous network fingerprint for a limited rate-limiting window, session data, and an audit record of administrative actions. The initial release does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
Why we use information
We use this information to provide accounts, operate the forum and private support service, respond to requests, moderate content, prevent abuse, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers required to operate the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, AI Games SA, or the service.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, security, disputes, and legal obligations. Account deletion and data-access requests will be handled through the private support portal after identity verification.
Security
We use encrypted connections, secure password hashing, protected session cookies, request forgery protection, prepared database queries, rate limits, and role-based access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The website is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum digital consent age applicable in their country.
